AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE ARE SOME LAYOUT ERRORS. THESE WILL BE FIXED WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK (21st Feb~)
Welcome to the #1 MCR News Update & fansite for anything MCR!
Be sure to follow so you don't miss any news.
(Post news here.)
On the MCR website, Frank posted a blog, highlighting some news and solidying rumours that have been flying around recently.
First off, I would like to say thank you to everyone on Twitter and the message boards for all your well wishes and congratulations, it’s very cool to have so many people excited for us. Yes, my wife and I are now the proud owners of two brand new baby girls!!!
Frank confirms that he is a father, and goes on to confirm that the new album is finished!
Thirdly, MCR have designed a guitar strap for the new Guitar Hero, which can be pre-ordered on amazon.com here.
Lastly, the 6th and final instalment of prints was made available, but is already sold out. Unfortunately for MyChemFans, it is run by someone from Britain, and so blogs tend to be posted in the middle of the night. I suggest you keep an eye out on the website, twitter, and follow this excellent blog.
Also, if you go onto the MCR website, you will notice it has been entirely re-designed. Enjoy!

‘Sonic Salmonella’
As posted on the MCR website, Frank’s last print instalment (see above) is available at the MCR store.
He writes, ‘Print #5 is available now and is entitled “sonic salmonella”. This photo depicts the heart and soul of My Chem, he is our comedic backbone, he provides the low end to our songs, and is everyone’s little brother…Sir Mikey Fucking Way, Esq.’ [Source]
So make sure you head over to the store, as there are only 200 prints. Each photo will feature an embossed logo, and will be individually hand numbered, signed and stamped on the back by Frank. Each print is 11”x13” with a 1” white border, and costs $30.
Order within the first 24 hours to receive $5 off.

Update (3rd of July) - SOLD OUT.
Frank recently posted a new blog on MCR.com apologising for having to pull out of Australia’s Soundwave festival this year.
As the site says:
I got some good news and I got some bad news….while in the studio recently, Gerard started having some problems with his voice. At first we weren’t too concerned about it and thought it would pass, as these things usually do, but the longer it went on the more worried we all got so he went to see the doctor. The good news is he’s getting the best treatment possible and is going to make a full recovery, trust me we couldn’t be more relieved. The bad news is it’s not gonna go away overnight and we have to do what we hate doing most, cancel shows.
Frank goes on to talk about making up for these missed shows, and apologising for pulling out.
When we started this band all we ever wanted to do was write songs that meant something to us and play them live for as many people as we possibly could, and now in our old age all we want is exactly the same thing… and thats why canceling shows kills us so much, playing for people is what we live for. Your off-time applause, your beautiful dirty faces, your raw energy, and your wretched little voices singing our lyrics back to us fuel our fire, you make us feel alive, and we love every single one of you for that.
So know that as excited as you guys were to see us, we were even more excited to see you. But in order to make sure that we can continue to create music and play it live for all of you for a long time to come we need to give G the time he needs to heal.
We are incredibly sorry for bumming anyone out by canceling, and we hope you find it in your hearts to understand. We promise we will be back in Australia to make it up to you guys/gals as soon as possible. We miss you.
Until we meet again, xofrank
See the blog here. Tickets are now not available to buy from the Tour section of the main site.
Other reports suggest Jimmy Eat World will be replacing them.
